## Start it

1. Write the ISO to a USB stick of 4 GB or more (balenaEtcher, Fedora Media Writer, Rufus in DD mode, or dd).
2. Start from the stick's UEFI entry. With Secure Boot on, the stick shows a blue key screen once: Enroll key from disk, ENROL_THIS_KEY_FOR_WOLOS.cer, Continue, Yes, Reboot.
3. Choose Try WolOS (changes nothing) or Install WolOS (shows a summary before writing).

## Secure Boot key screen (first start after installing, only if you turned Secure Boot on in the installer)

1. Press a key.
2. Choose Enroll MOK, then Continue, then Yes.
3. Password: `boot` (nothing shows while typing).
4. Choose Reboot. Missed it? Run `wol boot enroll` and restart.

## VirtualBox

Linux / Arch Linux (64-bit), EFI on, Secure Boot off (or the stick's key enrolled), 6 GB and 4 CPUs (the test machine), VMSVGA with 128 MB or more, 32 GB disk, ISO on the optical drive. Older images (0.11.3): the installed desktop could stay black under VMSVGA; fixed in 0.11.5 and 0.12.
